I would strongly recommend that you just take one dose in the morning. I was fine after this, but when I took my second dose I had a funny half an hour. My heart was thumping, I felt extremely dizzy and I had to get a grip of myself as I thought I was going to collapse. Its now about 3 hours after taking my second dose - I have calmed back down but I still feel a little spaced out. Please be careful. I have literally started using lipofuse today.
